建筑外墙氟碳涂料施工的质量监控

建筑外墙氟碳涂料克服了以往氟碳涂料不能常温固化的缺点，能应用于混凝土等无机材质的表面。由于其具有超耐候性等卓越性能，已受到业主、设计的关注和市场的认可，在外墙饰面中将得到广泛应用。文章浅析了外墙氟碳涂料的材料特性，阐述了外墙氟碳涂料施工阶段的质量事前控制、事中控制和事后控制；对某工程外墙氟碳涂料施工质量缺陷产生的原因进行了分析，提出了相应的预控措施。

Testing equality of variances in the analysis of repeated measurements

The problem of comparing the precisions of two instruments using repeated measurements can be cast as an extension of the Pitman-Morgan problem of testing equality of variances of a bivariate normal distribution. Hawkins (1981) decomposes the hypothesis of equal variances in this model into two subhypotheses for which simple tests exist. For the overall hypothesis he proposes to combine the tests of the subhypotheses using Fisher's method and empirically compares the component tests and their combination with the likelihood ratio test. In this paper an attempt is made to resolve some discrepancies and puzzling conclusions in Hawkins's study and to propose simple modifications.
The new tests are compared to the tests discussed by Hawkins and to each other both in terms of the finite sample power (estimated by Monte Carlo simulation) and theoretically in terms of asymptotic relative efficiencies.     

隧道工程岩爆地段施工技术措施

本文简要介绍岩爆产生的原因,岩爆分类及特征。通过怀玉山隧道岩爆段的工程实例的分析,得出该隧道所遇岩爆类型为弹射型岩爆。根据弹射岩爆的特点结合施工经验,制定相关技术措施,安全、有效、顺利完成岩爆段的施工。     

一种SAR与可见光图像压缩感知融合增强方法

针对机载多传感器成像战场态势感知的问题，提出了一种合成孔径雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar，SAR)与可见光图像压缩感知融合增强方法。该方法首先对SAR与可见光图像分别进行压缩感知测量，得到压缩测量值，然后通过基于局部权值的融合方法实现对压缩测量值的融合，再利用有序度最优分割法提取SAR图像的强散射目标，最后对融合测量值重建得到初步融合图像，初步融合图像通过目标对比度增强得到最终融合图像。对多组图像进行了仿真分析，视觉及数值结果表明该方法能显著增强融合图像的目标对比度，提升了图像纹理清晰度，较大程度降低了图像融合过程中的数据计算量。     

Analysis of LPG,electric and induction cookers during cooking typical Ecuadorian dishes into the national efficient cooking program

This research aims to analyze cooking parameters in liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), electric resistance and induction stoves for eight dishes of the Ecuadorian cuisine. During tests, it has been monitored the temperature, time, electrical grid parameters, concentrations of CO and CO₂. In addition it has been studied the microbiological and physiochemical changes produced by the thermal treatment in food and a discriminative triangular test for determining the differences in the consumers perception between samples made with induction and LPG based stoves. The results showed which even with an exhaust hood working, there was still a significant value of concentration of CO and CO₂ during cooking with a LPG stoves. As a result of these analyses the induction stove shows a better response during the heating process and energy efficiency which have influence in temperatures, taste, vitamin preservation, cooking times, energy consumption and cost to the user.

在阐明混凝土裂缝的类型和机制的基础上,分析商品混凝土与普通混凝土的区别,并就商品混凝土易出现裂缝的原因提出具有针对性的预防控制措施。

Abstract. We consider methods for the analysis of successive measurements, with emphasis on practical usefulness. It is described how the methods can be applied by using common techniques like regression analysis and analysis of variance.     

Audit as Leviathan: Constructing Quality Registers in Swedish Health Care

This paper explores the rise of an audit practice: the national quality registers in Swedish health care. Based on actor‐network theory, the study tells the story of an actor‐network formed by physicians in the 1970s who mobilized themselves around a common object; to develop the knowledge‐base of medical professionals. However, over time more actors became persuaded of the potential of the network and associate themselves with it, resulting in reformed registers. The study shows how the network develops into a macro‐actor, a Leviathan in health care, how this macro‐actor comes to affect health care practices and how it contributes towards maintaining a new governance regime.
